Buying a digital product

Products sold through this site:

Prices are shown in US dollars. You pay by card on a checkout page hosted by our payment processor and receive an instant download. Products are sold to businesses. Buyers in the UK, the EU, Australia, Canada, the UAE, Saudi Arabia and India give their VAT, GST or ABN tax ID at checkout and account for tax under the reverse charge; US buyers pay Michigan sales tax where it applies.

A purchase is licensed for use inside one organisation, with updates for 12 months. You may edit the files for your own use but not resell or publish them.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for a purchase is limited to the price you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Michigan, United States. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
